Where two neighbours require an expert impartial judgment without court proceedings. This services will consist of and consider factors such as:

Where two neighbours can’t agree on the correct alignment of a boundary. An expert will report to the court impartially on the correct boundary alignment. This will be based upon:

Boundary Demarcation
Where two neighbours agree or a court rules on a boundary alignment, a precise boundary will be established referenced to national mapping. This consists of:
- Site setting out using GNSS referenced to national mapping
- Establishment of the determined boundary with physical features or national grid coordinates
- Preparation of deed plans for registration

In addition to millimeter accurate GPS (GNSS) and robotic total stations, we now use drones (SUA’s) to capture accurate data quickly whilst also giving a winning perspective of the site.
