  • Where two neighbours require an expert impartial judgment without court proceedings. This services will consist of and consider factors such as:

    • Site survey referenced to national mapping
    • Title deed analysis
    • Historic photographic records
    • Witness statements
    • Historic boundary feature evidence

  • Where two neighbours can't agree on the correct alignment of a boundary. An expert will report to the court impartially on the correct boundary alignment. This will be based upon:

    • Site survey referenced to national mapping
    • Title deed analysis
    • Historic photographic records
    • Witness statements
    • Historic boundary feature evidence

  • Where two neighbours agree or a court rules on a boundary alignment, a precise boundary will be established referenced to national mapping. This consists of:

    • Site setting out using GNSS referenced to national mapping
    • Establishment of the determined boundary with physical features or national grid coordinates
    • Preparation of deed plans for registration

  • We use industry leading technology to ensure all data meets the highest standards in order to achieve definitive results. In addition to millimeter accurate GPS (GNSS) and robotic total stations we now use drones (SUA's) to capture accurate data quickly whilst also giving a winning perspective of the site.
